- AI + familiar tools
- Role-scoped
Designed for the whole workflow.
Give your accountant controlled access to the evidence, queries and review work for each client.
-
Invited access only
Accountants see the clients who invited them, and nothing else.
-
Queries in context
Ask and answer questions on the record itself, instead of through scattered emails.
-
Revocable access
Change or remove access at any time. Revocation applies to pending jobs and downloads.
A period review, step by step.
A shared checklist keeps both sides aligned.
-
1. Invite
A client invites their accountant to a workspace.
-
2. Collect
Source documents are gathered and linked to expenses.
-
3. Query
Open questions are raised and resolved on the records.
-
4. Prepare the pack
Prepare an evidence pack and record the external acknowledgement separately.
What you can do
One portfolio. Separate client work.
Move between authorised clients without mixing their records.
- Open a client workspace and see only that client's records.
- Work through a period checklist with open queries.
- Review unknown tax evidence before preparing a pack.
- Prepare an evidence pack for the period.
- Invite a new client from the accountant workspace.
Access has clear edges.
What accountants can and cannot do.
-
No cross-client access
An accountant sees only the clients who invited them. Portfolio view and client work are separate.
-
Granted, not assumed
Review, queries and export are granted per client. Payment authority is not part of that access.
-
Connections are not assumed
Accounting software connections are verified separately. Candidates are not live integrations.
A few useful answers.
Can an accountant see all my records?
Only those in the workspaces you invite them to, and within the access you grant.
Can an accountant pay on my behalf?
Not through collaboration access. In the sample, payment authority is not granted.
Do you connect to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage?
They are candidates being evaluated, not verified integrations. See the integrations page for current status.
What if I end the relationship?
You can remove access. Revocation applies to pending jobs and downloads.
Give your expenses a better place to work.
Start with a simple instruction. Keep the details—and the decisions—under your control.
