- AI + familiar tools
- Role-scoped
Designed for the whole workflow.
Bring receipts and invoices into one inbox. Keep the original beside the details you review.
-
One inbox for documents
Upload receipts and invoices from your desktop or phone and keep them together until they are reviewed.
-
Original beside the details
Check the document against the extracted fields, side by side, and correct anything that looks wrong.
-
Review before saving
Attach a document to an existing expense or save a reviewed draft. Missing details stay flagged.
From document to reviewed record.
Four stages, with a person responsible for the last one.
-
1. Add the document
Upload a receipt or invoice, or forward it to the inbox.
-
2. Check the extraction
Suggested fields appear next to the original, with unclear values marked for review.
-
3. Resolve the gaps
Missing tax or payment details remain unknown until someone confirms them.
-
4. Save the reviewed draft
Create an expense or attach the document to one that already exists.
What you can do
Keep the evidence with the expense.
Extraction is a starting point. The original document is retained, so every record can be traced back to its source.
- Review the original and the extracted fields on one screen.
- See a duplicate check before you save a new record.
- Get a suggested category you can accept or change.
- Flag missing tax or payment evidence instead of guessing it.
- Attach a document to an existing expense.
Suggestions stay suggestions.
Extraction can be wrong, so the review step is part of the design.
-
Human review needed
Fields the system is unsure about are flagged. A confidence label never approves missing evidence.
-
Role-scoped
You see the documents your role allows. Capturing a document does not grant approval or payment rights.
-
Manual entry remains
If AI is unavailable, you can still type the details and attach the file yourself.
A few useful answers.
Is extraction always correct?
No. Extracted fields are suggestions. Unclear values are marked for review, and you decide what is saved.
What happens to the original document?
It is kept and linked to the expense, so the original stays available next to the details you reviewed.
Can I capture receipts on my phone?
Yes. The workspace is designed for desktop and mobile, so you can add documents as purchases happen.
What if tax or payment details are missing?
They stay marked as unknown and in need of review. The system does not fill them in on your behalf.
Give your expenses a better place to work.
Start with a simple instruction. Keep the details—and the decisions—under your control.
